Step-by-step guide

  • Select Appointment Manager

  • In the Questions for my appointment section, tap on My notes

  •  Tap Edit

  • Write your note and tap Update to save it

  • You can go back and edit or add to your note at any time by tapping on it and tapping edit. Remember to tap Update when you are finished
