Sofia chose to fundraise for PSC Support as her Uncle Tim had a liver transplant due to PSC in 2019.

'I've been walking a lot during lockdown and am really sad to see all the litter in our beautiful countryside. I thought I would work towards my 'Charities' badge for Brownies by litter picking at least twice a week throughout February - which is my birthday month! So I'm doing a birthday litter pick!

I've chosen to raise money for PSC Support - the charity which helps my Uncle Tim, who has the rare liver disease PSC. He had a liver transplant in December 2019.'
