The EASL International Liver Congress 2020 brought together thousands of leading scientists, clinicians and researchers from around the world to showcase and discuss ground-breaking liver research.

This year was an exciting year for PSC research, with results from a number of basic science research studies presented and also some research taking a serious look at potential treatments for PSC, some of which are being evaluated in new or building on existing clinical trials. We report on the highlights.
