How do I return an item?
We would like you to be happy with your purchase but if there’s something wrong with your item and you would like your money back, please tell us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 01235 25 35 45 to ask for a return label. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
Please return products by packing it securely (in the original packaging where possible) to:

Please note that if you are not happy with your item for any other reason and would like your money back, you also have a right to cancel your order (subject to the exceptions below) within 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. If we are unable to resolve your query or complaint to your satisfaction, you can submit this for online resolution to Ombudsman Services. Ombudsman Services will not charge you for making a complaint and if you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still bring legal proceedings. In addition, please note that disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
