Dr Brijesh Srivastava

Dr Brijesh Srivastava is a consultant Hepatologist and clinical lead for Liver services at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. He is a member of the national liver disease implementation group in Wales. His sub-speciality interest is in cholestatic and autoimmune liver diseases.

Claire Constantinou

Claire has a BSc (hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Cardiff Metropolitan University and has worked at University Hospital of Wales (UHW)as a Dietitian since 2000. In 2002 Claire started working in the speciality area of gastroenterology. Her current role is as an operational lead dietitian for the team of dietitians working at UHW, and as gastroenterology lead dietitian at UHW where she provides clinical cover to the gastroenterology, hepatology and infectious diseases ward and dietetic gastroenterology outpatient clinics. She is currently undertaking a Masters degree qualification with Cardiff University, evaluating the nutritional status of patients with liver disease in the hepatology outpatient clinics.

Nathan Rogowski

Nathan was diagnosed with PSC in 2007 and  had a liver transplant in 2017.
